Software only
Krewpad is software: a web interface to Solana programs: Meteora's bonding-curve and pool programs and Krewpad's transfer-hook program, krew-hooks. It is not an exchange, a broker, a custodian or a financial service.
By using the site or the programs you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Krewpad.
02
No custody
The site never holds keys, SOL or tokens. Every launch, trade and claim is a transaction you sign in your own wallet and send to Solana yourself.
- Nobody operating Krewpad can move, freeze or recover your funds.
- Nobody can reverse, cancel or replay a transaction for you.
- A lost key or seed phrase cannot be recovered. Keep your own backups.
03
No advice
Nothing on Krewpad is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
Tokens are created by users. Anyone can launch one, with any name, ticker, logo or description. A token in the Harbour is not a listing, an endorsement or a vet. Badges, rankings and labels are heuristics computed from on-chain data. Decide for yourself.
04
Fees and no refunds
A launch costs a launch fee of 0.02 SOL plus account rent and network fees. Trades on the curve pay its trading fee in SOL: 50% decaying to 1% over the first minute, then 1%. Where those fees go is described in Fees.
Fees stay spent. A failed, reverted, mistaken or regretted transaction is not refunded, and neither is a launch nobody trades.
05
Risks
You can lose everything you put in. Among the risks:
- Most tokens go to zero. Prices are violent and liquidity can vanish.
- Copycats. Names, tickers, logos and socials are copied constantly. Verify the contract address every time.
- Contract bugs. Smart contracts can fail in ways nobody anticipated. Not every configuration is audited.
- Articles bite. A transfer that breaks a coin's articles (Max Tx, Max Wallet, Anti-MEV) reverts. Read a coin's articles before you buy it.
- Thin books. A printed price is not an exit. Selling into a shallow pool moves the price, sometimes most of the way to zero.
- Outages. RPC endpoints and wallets can lag or fail, and the site can then show stale, wrong or empty data. The chain is the source of truth.
The full list lives under Risks in the docs.
06
Fixed rules
Nobody can change a live launch's articles, its curve or its fee split, or unlock its LP once it makes port. krew-hooks has no admin instructions.
New versions ship under a new config. Existing launches keep the rules they launched with.
07
Eligibility and restricted jurisdictions
You must be of legal age where you live and allowed to use software like Krewpad under the laws that apply to you. Do not use Krewpad if you are a sanctioned person or located in a sanctioned or embargoed region.
You are responsible for your taxes and for following your local law.
08
Independence
Krewpad is independent software on Solana. It is not affiliated with Solana Foundation, Meteora, Jupiter or any wallet.
Solana, Meteora and Jupiter are third-party networks and protocols with their own terms.
09
No warranty
Krewpad is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Nothing guarantees that the site or the programs are available, accurate, secure or free of bugs.
10
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the people who build and operate Krewpad are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or the programs: lost funds, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid through Krewpad in the twelve months before the claim.
11
Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using Krewpad after a change means you accept it.
